LIQUID-GLASS COMPOSITION

FIELD: building materials production, namely, production of polymer-concrete mixtures intended for manufacturing of construction elements operated in aggressive mediums. SUBSTANCE: liquid-glass composition comprises, mas. %; liquid glass, 17-18.5; sodium silicofluoride, 0.9-1.8; andesite filler, 22.5-23.5; additive being intermediates by production of methyl metacrylate, 0.6-0.8; quartz sand, the balance. Said additive comprises, %: ammonium bisulfate, 25-35; sulfuric acid, 33-35, methyl metacrylate, 0.01-0.095; cm acid, 0.2-0.8; water, the balance. Density of mixture is up to 2.35 , its compressive strength is up to 39.7 MPa. Heat treatment is carried out at 110 C within 1 h. EFFECT: improved quality of desired product. 2 tbln
