The waste lining made of asbestos was powdered and mixed with soil, a binder, waste sand, waste rubber material and water, and hot-air dried until the mixture becomes to gel state, and then molded to make paving block. Recycling waste lining which is very harmful to human is very useful for environmental pollution control.
