There is provided a facsimile interlocking device, which comprises each computer for writing out a fax document, which has at least a fax number; a first and second MHS for receiving and transmitting the fax document through a data switching network from/to a MHS address corresponding to the fax number after converting the fax document into MHS mail, which is connected through LAN with the corresponding computers; a facsimile server which is connected through LAN with the second MHS and converts the MHS mail into a compacted data used in a facsimile so as to perform a fax communication protocol and is connected through a public telephone network with the facsimile, characterized in that comprises a storing means for storing a directory data which includes the fax number and the MHS address; and a directory managing means for inputting a fax number from the first MHS and outputting a corresponding MHS address of the directory information to the first MHS, which is connected through LAN with the first MHS.
