FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: outer heat-insulating wall of building has external facing layer, outer air clearance, insulating layer, inner air clearance, and internal facing layer. Outer air clearance communicates with ambient air through inlet hole. Inner air clearance communicates with internal premises of building through outlet hole. Insulating layer is made from material which functions as filter and is capable of catching solid particles from passing air. Distributing layer is located at outer and/or inner side of insulating layer. Distributing layer is normally made of air-permeable material which is porous in structure or has large amount of uniformly spread small cells. Air flow control device is located in outlet hole for maintaining normally stable air flow through wall irrespective of pressure differential between outer and inner sides of wall.
