The proposed invention is being attributed to production technology of ceolits, i.e. sodium aluminium silicates, which may be used as washing means, for water-softening, sorbents, for making gas emissions to the atmosphere harmless, carriers of catalysts in oil and chemical industries. production method of ceolits is based on sodium alkali and amorphous silicon gel reaction in water medium. The obtained product is being filtered, washed from admixtures of not reacted fluorides and then product is being dehydrated. As a reaction components the invention uses industrial production waste, such aggressive technological materials as SiO2.n H2O, contaminated by admixtures of fluorides, and reaction is provided in atmospheric pressure or autoclave at 90-200 degrees by Celsius temperature for 0.5-2 hour interval. There were synthesized types of ceolits: analcim and hydrosodalith. |
