SUBSTANCE: installed coaxially to internal magnetic ring with guide is immovable magnetic ring to form circular gap between magnetic rings for motion of ballooning fibrous product. Device spindle has radial channel to pass fibrous product and communicates spindle axial channel. Freely located on spindle is extension piece for yarn winding connected with spindle by means of clutch. Installed on spindle and extension piece on bearings is frame connected with internal magnetic ring with provision for it of two degrees of freedom in vertical plane in yarn distribution and ring concentration relative to external magnetic ring.
