ELECTRONIC-HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF BULLDOZER MOULDBOARD CONTROL

FIELD: control systems of earth-moving machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: eletronically-controlled and hydraulically-operated bulldozer mouldboard operation system has hydraulic pump, main and additional hydraulic control valves, mouldboard raising hydraulic cylinder. Additional hydraulic control valve is connected with both spaces of hydraulic cylinder and return hydraulic line. Electronic circuit is made up of electronic pressure sensors which in their turn are connected with analog-digital converter having comparison circuits used for presetting pressure of working fluid. Their outputs are connected through OR element with control input of additional hydraulic control valve. Additional hydraulic control valve is of dual-position type and is controlled electronically.
