METHOD OF SYNTHESIS OF 3-ALKOXYCARBONYL-4-HYDROXY-2-METHYL-2H- -1,2-BENZOTHIAZINE-1,1-DIOXIDES

FIELD: chemistry of heterocyclic compounds. SUBSTANCE: product: 3-alkoxycarbonyl- -4-hydroxy-2-methyl-2H-1,2-benzothiazine-1,1-dioxides. Yield is 73%. Reagent 1: saccharin. Reagent 2: monochloroacetic acid ester. Reaction conditions: in medium of dimethylformamide, at increased temperature, in the presence of potassium carbonate, at equimolar ratio of reagents. Obtained reaction mixture is treated with sodium alcoholate and then with methylating agent. Synthesized compound is used for synthesis of intermediate nonsteroid compounds for synthesis of antiinflammatory agents. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, high yield of product. 2 cli
