Rods 22 and 27 have control tools which have recesses which are shaped as longitudinal through hole 25 which is extended at its ends 24 and groove 31. Another claim of invention describes device design in which control tools of rods 22 and 27 are designed as two grooves 35 and longitudinal through cut 37 which one end 36 is extended.
