FIELD: pyro- and piezoelectricity and chemical technology for development of allied composite materials. SUBSTANCE: crystals are produced from aqueous mixed solution of fluorides. Initial material is used in the form of preliminarily synthesized Sb(SbSb<SB>x</SB>Ta<SB>1-x</SB>) O<SB>4</SB>, where x = 0.25 mole. Solution includes the following components, wt.-%: KF, 25-32; H<SB>2</SB>O<SB>2</SB>, 5-7; C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>2</SB>O<SB>4</SB>, 1-3; with volumetric S:L ratio of (1.4-1.6):(0.3-0.4) and KF: H<SB>2</SB>O<SB>2</SB>:C<SB>2</SB>H<SB>2</SB>O<SB>4</SB> = (3-4):(0.3-0.4):(0.15-0.2). Process is carried out at temperature of 460-490 C, pressure is 690-750 atm, temperature drop is 7-14 C. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tblo
