It is fitted with aids for compensation of changes of pH and/or changes of concentrations of hydroxyl-ions by positive and/or negative sides of assemblage of cells. There is envisaged aids acting on existing limiting migration through membrane or other losses of bromine, sulfur and/or water and on limitation of acidification effect at the expense of bromine with maintenance of high energy accumulation efficiency, obtainment of high power with stable operation in the course of long-term periods and keeping of energy output and high level of voltage during practically whole discharge cycle.
