The elastically deformable, rectangular-sectioned hose piece (21) is pref. interchangeably fixed to a mouthpiece (11) and is open at its free end (23). The mouthpiece is adjustably inserted into a curved or bent tube (31) placed against the inner surface of the hose casing. The mouthpiece is axially adjusted and or turned using recesses (13) such as grooves (14), notches or such like spaced apart on its outer casing surface. The end (32) of the tube has one or more equidistantly positioned protuberances (35) in the form of detents (36) fitting into the recesses.
