A facsimile interlocking device for alternate communication service is provided. The device includes: a user computer for writing out a MHS e-mail; a first and second MHS for receiving and transmitting the MHS e-mail through a data switching network, which is connected through LAN with the corresponding computers; a facsimile server which is connected through LAN with the second MHS and converts the MHS mail into a compacted data used in a facsimile so as to perform a fax communication protocol and is connected through a public telephone network with the facsimile, characterized in that comprises a storing means for storing a directory data which includes a delivery priority, a delivery way and a communication address; and a directory managing means for outputting the directory information to the second MHS, which is connected through LAN with the second MHS.
