FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology, disinfection. SUBSTANCE: copper derivatives of chlorophyll from laminaria lipid complex are used as an active substance. Water-alcohol solutions and solutions in vegetable oil, nutritive supplement named "Phytolon" are used at concentration of 0.003-0.05% active substance. Treatment is conducted by irrigation, dropping in, rinsing for 3-7 days as dependent on disease. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy which along disinfecting and antiinflammatory action activates immunostimulating properties. 7 cl, 1 tbl
