PURPOSE:To realize stabilized power supply from parallel operation DC power supplies by connecting an anti-vibration circuit, comprising a series circuit of a resistor and a capacitor, between the gate and the emitter of a MOSFET. CONSTITUTION:Main section comprises DC power supplies, selective interruption circuits A, B, an output capacitor C1, a MOSFETTr, a body diode (d), resistors R1-R5, a comparator CV, a reference power supply Vr, a current detecting means Di, and a load L. The capacitance of the capacitor C2 is set in the range from tens to hundreds times of the input capacity of the MOSFETr. When vibration occurs and the DC power supply reaches the ON level of the MOSFETTr in the selective interruption circuit B, it is attenuated to the ON level of the MOSFETTr through the capacitor C2. By such arrangement, vibration can reliably be prevented and the parallel DC power supply can reliably be protected. |
