PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain a valve opening state even when hands are released, and execute degassing easily, by passing a pinlike valve main body through a cap, attaching an annular lever to the base end part of the pinlike valve main body, which is projected from the cap, and also arranging a pair of locking projection parts on the outside surface of the cap by sandwiching the pinlike valve main body. SOLUTION: A base end part of a pinlike valve main body 9 is projected further outer side from a cap 8, and a lever 12 formed into a ring shape is attached at this base end part, and further, a pair of locking projection parts 13 is arranged on the outside surface of the cap 8 by sandwiching the pinlike valve main body 9. Here, in the case that gas remaining in a tank is degassed, after the lever 12 is pulled upward to some extent against a spring 10, the lever 12 is rotated at about 90 deg. around a shaft. Hereupon, the lever 12 is run onto the locking projection parts 13, the pinlike valve main body 9 is lifted upward against the elastic repulsive force of the spring 10, an O-ring 11 retains a state that it is separated from a valve seat surface, and gas remaining in the tank is released to the outside through a releasing hole 7a. |
