PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a compensation rate to be variable and to permit respective fault currents to share much compensation capacity when the fault current is larger than device capacity. SOLUTION: Harmonic power is operated in the harmonic current compensation circuit 58 of the compensation current operation part 15 of a power line conditioner. Then, a ratio with a harmonic power sharing setting value is taken, it is multiplied by harmonic current and it is set to a harmonic current command value. A voltage stabilized compensation circuit 21 operates basic wave invalid power, the ratio with a voltage stabilized compensation power sharing setting value is taken, it is multiplied by basic wave invalid current and a voltage stable value compensation current command value is obtained. An invalid power compensation circuit 31 divides the basic wave invalid power sharing setting value by power voltage and an invalid power compensation command value is obtained. A negative phase sequence component power is operated in a negative phase sequence component current compensation circuit 42, the ratio with a negative phase sequence component sharing setting value is taken, it is multiplied by negative phase sequence component valid current and the negative phase current command value is obtained. |
