PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the wind-pressure vibration or galloping vibration of a transmission line and also, make this structure reasonable in price, by coupling the proper middle parts of at least two or more phases out of the four phases of paths of an overhead ground wire, an upper-phase wire, a middle-layer wire, and lower-layer wire by means of tension-resistant insulating linear elements for vertical coupling. SOLUTION: A multiphase aerial transmission cable stretched between the pylon arms 1a of transmitting pylons 1A and 1B in opposition comprises overhead ground wires 2, upper-phase wires 3, middle-layer wires 4, and lower-layer wires 5 provided pair by pair in horizontal direction, and the upper-phase wire 3, the middle-layer wire 4, and the lower-layer wire 5 comprises a bundle of conductors composed of a plurality of conductors. Then, the middle parts of the upper-phase wire 3, the middle-layer wire 4, and the lower-layer wire 5 are coupled with one another by a plurality of tension-resistant insulating linear elements 6A-6D for vertical coupling. Even if the overhead ground wire 2, the upper-layer wire 3, the middle-phase wire 4, and the lower-layer wire 5 seek to vibrate by wind pressure or the like, these free oscillation is suppressed by the tension resistant insulating linear elements 6A-6D.
|
