PURPOSE:To easily finely adjust the recording position of additional information and the forming position of a punched hole by recording the additional information and/or forming the punched hole at a position which is displaced by an inputted displacement amount. CONSTITUTION:When the displacement amount by which the recording position of the additional information and/or the forming position of the punched hole on a paper is displaced is inputted in an input means C1, a control means 100 performs the recording of the additional information and/or the forming the punched hole at the position which is displaced by the displacement amount inputted in the input means C1. By changing a numerical value displayed on a display unit C2 by a copied sheet number input key in the input means C1 of a control panel C, the recording position of the additional information is changed. Thus, the recording position of the additional information and the forming position of the punched hole are easily finely adjusted. |
