PURPOSE:To produce an oxide superconducting material having an arbitrary superconductivity transition temp. in a wide temp. range. CONSTITUTION:When an oxide superconductor represented by a formula TlSr2(Ca1-xRx)Cu2Oy (where R is Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb or Lu, 0<x<1.0 and 6.0<=y<=7.0) is produced, heat treatment is carried out at 300-600 deg.C in a reducing atmosphere after firing and the superconductivity transition temp. of the oxide superconductor is controlled according to the heat treatment temp. |
