METHOD FOR DISPLAYING PROGRAM SELECTIVE SCREEN IN RECEIVER FOR DATA BROADCAST SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display selective items for entire programs even when an indicator which does not have many display lines is used by recognizing a program number in each program selective item from data which constitutes a program selective picture to display each program selective item by switching picture. SOLUTION: When a user operates an operational part 11 and a program is selected, a CPU 7 decodes data of the selected program and shows it on a display device 10. When a menu picture is displayed, first, a choice is recognized from data which constitutes the first page of the menu picture and after that, each selective item is recognized. When a page ejection key is operated and selective items that are not shown yet exist, the next selective item is show. When the page ejection key is operated after the entire selective items included in the last page are shown, data that constitutes the first page is selected as a processing object.
