CONSTITUTION:The ring material 2 is arranged on a prescribed position of the liner main body 1 inside via the brazing filler metal 3 and pressed on pressing fittings via a coil spring, by which the ring material 2 is fixed on the liner main body 1 inside in a close contact state therewith. The liner main body 1 is rotated and the high density energy beam 15 is projected on the outside of the liner main body and the liner main body 1, the ring material 2 and the brazing filler metal 3 are welded and fixed together. At this time, in a state with Ar gas discharged to a weld zone, a direction lens 16 is moved and an irradiation state of the high density energy beam is changed to an extent to melt the brazing filler metal and afterward, the beam 15 is projected to heat the brazing filler metal 3 up to its melting point and the liner main body 1 is rotated to form the continuous weld zone 18 in the circumferential direction.
