MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LAMINATED CERAMIC BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated ceramic board by which a high precision deep cavity for receiving an electronic component can be easily formed. SOLUTION: A method comprises the steps of: fabricating ceramic layer molding members 11a-11e to become ceramic layers by spreading a ceramic slip material containing a monomer capable of at least photosetting; forming an opening 40, at the location where a cavity is to be formed, by selectively subjecting the ceramic layer molding members 11a-11e to exposing or developing processes; filling a region paste containing a photosetting or thermosetting monomer into the opening 40 and setting the resin paste by exposing it to light or heating it; and heating the laminated mold 11 formed by repeating these steps to burn out the resin 41 filled in the opening 40.
