<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy consumption by providing a control input terminal connected to the control output terminal of a semiconductor circuit in a voltage adjuster, charging it at the time of adding charging signals and interrupting it at the time of adding interruption signals. SOLUTION: In an operation mode SLEEP, for a switch or a gate 141, logic signals ENA/NINH sent out of the control output terminal 1 to the control input terminal of the voltage adjuster are activated so as to cause the interruption of the adjuster. A microcontroller and a bus protocol module are not provided with a power supply voltage VCC and a current is not made to flow. As a result, only potential zero is normally generated in both input terminals 5 (STB) and 6 (EN) and the current is not made to flow to the I/O port of the microcontroller for both signals STB and EN. In the case of wakening, activation is detected in a wakening recognition logic part 111, the switch or the gate 141 is controlled in a control block 140 and the voltage adjuster is activated.</p> |
