<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply detect humidity whose output is linearly changed by disposing a temperature sensitive resistor near a heat generating resistor, heating the temperature sensitive resistor by the air heated by the heat generating resistor. SOLUTION: A temperature sensitive resistor 3 is set near a heat generating resistor 1, and heated only through the air by a heat generating resistor 1. Since heat conductivity of the air is increased with increase of humidity, humidity can be detected by measuring the heat conductivity between the heat generating resistor 1 and the temperature sensitive resistor 3. The temperature sensitive resistor 3 arranged on the lee of the heat generating resistor 1 provided for measuring air flow in order to be used for air flow correction, and a temperature detection element 2 arranged at a position where heat influence of the heat generating resistor 1 is not received are provided, humidity is calculated by a humidity detection means from the temperature sensitive resistor 3 and the temperature detection element 2, and air flow calculated by an air flow detection means from the heat generating resistor 1 and the temperature detection element 2 is corrected by an air correction means.</p> |
