PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet roller capable of preventing an orientation disturbance via the reduction of a difference in flow velocity in molding, keeping a high magnetic characteristic and ensuring shape accuracy by reducing frictional resistance between an orientation die and resin therein without any complication of a device configuration. SOLUTION: A magnet roller, when made to have a plurality of stationary magnetic poles, is formed out of elastomer resin 3b, anisotropic ferrite 5 and a resin composition 3a containing an additive 4 for reducing frictional resistance during a molding process. Frictional resistance between an orientation die 1 and resin surface therein is reduced by adding the additive 4, and a flow velocity difference in molding is reduced. Consequently, the orientation of ferrite 5 in the magnet roller is not disturbed and a magnet roller having high flux density and shape accuracy can be provided without complicating a device configuration. |
