PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a photosensitive drum in a process cartridge with respect to a device main body. SOLUTION: The photosensitive drum 7 is supported by a cartridge frame 13, to be movable in a longitudinal direction and the cartridge frame 13 is attached to the guiding members 16 of the device main body, to be movable in the longitudinal direction. The shaft coupling member 39b on a driving side of the device main body is at a fixed position in an axial direction. A shaft coupling member 37 at the end of the photosensitive drum has a helical triangular prism and the shaft coupling member 39b has a helical hole with a triangular cross section fitted to the helical triangular prism. The photosensitive drum is moved in the direction of (a) by the rotation of a shaft coupling, so that the cartridge frame 13 is moved with a bearing 38, to butt against the guiding member 16R. |
