PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection of a wire due to thermal expansion of a bobbin spool and deterioration in characteristics, by dividing a cylindrical spool in to a plurality of spool surface members, then winding a wire on each of the spool surface members of a heat-resistant bobbin having means for restraining increase in winding radius, and heating the wire. SOLUTION: A heat-resistant bobbin 10 for winding a wire to be heated includes a cylindrical spool 11, a flange 12 extending radially outward within a plane perpendicular to an axial center X from both ends in the direction of the length of the spool, and expansion restraining means 13 for restraining increase in winding radius due to thermal expansion at the time of heating. This spool 11 is divided into eight spool surface members 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d..., each having a arcuate cross section and extending along the axial center X. Each of a pair of adjacent spool surface members is individually connected with the expansion restraining means 13. The wire to be heated is wound around the spool 11 of the bobbin 10 and is then heated. |
