PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce heat loss caused by the operation of constant voltage control circuit. SOLUTION: Two reference voltage generators 22, 23 and a relay 24, which selects either one of the reference voltages VE1 , VE2 (VE1 >VE2 ) generated by these two reference voltage generators 22, 23, are provided. When a motor 32 is driven, the relay 24 is excited to select the reference voltage VE1 of higher voltage as a reference voltage VE of a constant voltage control circuit 5'. When the motor 32 stops, on the other hand, the relay 24 is deexcited to select the reference voltage VE2 of lower voltage as the reference voltage VE of the constant voltage control circuit 5'.
