<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the contact of a magnetic head with a film stable and further, to accurately execute the operation of retreating the magnetic head in reduced space as well by integrally unitizing the magnetic head and a pad facing it, so as to directly execute relative positioning and pressing between the magnetic head and the pad, in the holding structure of the magnetic head. SOLUTION: The magnetic head 15 for magnetically writing or reading information on/from the magnetic recording layer of the film and the pad 16 facing the magnetic head 15 and pressing it on the film F are constituted as an integral unit 13. Thus, the magnetic head 15 and the pad 16 can be directly, relatively positioned so that their positions can be easily, properly adjusted.</p> |
