<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device of a simple structure by using a semitransparent mirror or a bent semi-transparent mirror. SOLUTION: A solid-state image-pickup element 91 forms inputted two-dimensional video images in a solid-state element by using an optical system, converts the images to electric signals by respective pixels inside the solid-state element, then electronically scans them, converts them into linear electric signal strings and outputs them. A motion vector detector 90 is constituted of a vertical direction video convergence device 901 for transmitting two-dimensional optical video signals same as the video images inputted to the solid-state image-pickup element 91 by using the semi-transparent mirror or the bent semitransparent mirror, simultaneously reflecting them in a vertical direction, converging them into linear optical signals, converting them to the electric signals and outputting them and a horizontal direction video convergence device 906 for transmitting the inputted optical video signals by using the semi-transparent mirror or the bent semitransparent mirror, reflecting them in a horizontal direction, converging them, converting them to the electric signals and outputting them, etc. A memory control part 94 receives a motion vector, holds the images inputted from a camera signal processor 93 and performs the image correction control of a field memory 95, so as to output stable image signals.</p> |
