PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct for a refrigerating chamber in which a large and complicated component such as a damper case does not need to be interposed, slits in cold air passages are eliminated and high airtightness can be maintained and a working efficiency in an assembly is good. SOLUTION: A duct for a refrigerating chamber comprises a front side panel, a rear side sheet and a thermal insulation member 3 composed of urethane foam or the like which is held therebetween. The thermal insulation member 3 is provided with first and second cold air passages 4 and 5 from its lower ends to its upper parts so as to form a space therebetween. The first cold air passage 4 extends from a lower end inlet to an upper part and terminates at a termination part before the lower end via a reversing part near an upper end. The second cold air passage 5 extends upward from another inlet in the lower end and terminates at a termination part before the lower end via a reversing part near the upper end.
