<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a pattern with high sensitivity even in air by uniformly dissolving and dispersing a component comprising a acryl resin, pigments, polyfunctional monomers, photopolymn. initiator and ethyl lactate. SOLUTION: This compsn. consists of an acryl resin, pigments, polyfunctional monomers, photopolymn. initiator and ethyl lactate. As for the polyfunctional monomers, at least one kind selected from pentaerythritol triacrylate, ethyleneoxide-modified trimethylol propane triacrylate and dipentaerythritol hexacrylate is used. As for the photopolymn. initiator, at least one kind selected from 2,4-bis(trichloromethyl)-6-(2-ethoxystyryl)-s-triazine, 2,4-bis(trichloromethyl)-6-(2-hydroxyethoxystyryl)-s-triazine is used. Thereby, formation of an oxygen shielding film is not required.</p> |
