摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility in the nighttime, daytime and dusk by forming an information display layer of a compsn. contg. a first transparent resin, specific pigments and fluorescent dyes and incorporating a second transparent resin and fluorescent dyes into a fluorescent colored layer. SOLUTION: The light transparent information display layer is formed of the compsn. contg. the first transparent resin, the pigments formed by fixing the first dyes to the base material particles consisting of a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer and the fluorescent dyes as the second dyes. The light transparent fluorescent colored layer coating the information display layer contains the second transparent resin and the fluorescent dyes migrated from the information display layer. The first transparent resin is preferably an acrylic resin and the first dyes are preferably org. dyes and may be either of fluorescence or nonfluorescence. The more preferable dyes are perylene dyes. The fluorescent materials which are the second dyes are compds. which emit fluorescence by spontaneous release of absorbed visible ray energy among the dyestuff compds. which selectively absorb visible rays. The second transparent resin is preferably an acrylic resin.
