The sealing plug (1) for a container opening (2) has a lower base (7) fixed to the opening. A pourer (4) which can move relative to the base has its opening (10) orientated toward the upper part of the plug. The pourer is articulated by a hinge (12) connecting it to the base. The pourer, on opening and conversely on closing, retracts laterally into an opening (19) in an external skirt (6) extending from the base and is closed in its upper part by a cover (3). The cover is articulated by a hinge (18) connecting the skirt upper part to the cover edges (16).
