PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the exchange processing system in which connection from a portable telephone set whose free dialing is restricted to a free dial subscriber is attained. SOLUTION: In the case of calling from a portable telephone set 1, a telephone number of a free dial subscriber 6 being a connection object from the portable telephone set 1 is stored once, free-dialing is made to call the free-dial subscriber 6 and then a speech connection between the portable telephone set 1 and the free-dial subscriber 6 is conducted. The relay system conducting control is provided with a voice service device 3 making dialing to the free-dial subscriber 6 in place of the portable telephone set 1 and a host computer 4 controlling the voice service device 3. |
