PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an active material from exfoliating or slipping off from an electricity collecting body consisting of a metal by enhancing the tight attachment of the active material with a porous metal member. SOLUTION: As a binding agent for an active material, a chemical compound is used as containing a pre-polymer, preferably polyoxy-alkylene component, which can be dispersed uniformly in water. One favorable example of such compound containing polyoxy-alkylene component is a diacrylate series compound containing the polyoxy-alkylene component according to the equation given beside the text, where R1 , R2 , and R3 are low-grade alkyl radical of a carbon number of 1-6, and the conditions should be met that X>=1 and Y>=0 or X>=0 and Y>=1. |
