PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high speed startup even at the time of starting up through a line by performing only necessary setting and providing a controlling means which can restart from a program step that executes at the time of shutting off power. SOLUTION: A detecting part 9 monitors on operation of a power switch or line ringing after power is shut off. When there is a manual startup operation, an initial program is activated, and then, an input of either startup from a previous state or startup from an initial state is accepted by startup selection. On the other hand, in the case of a manual startup based on a signal from a line ringing detecting part 11, an initial program is activated. Next, whether a nonvolatile storage part 7 stores the last operation state or not is checked, and when it stores it, it is copied from the part 6 to main memory 6. Also, each equipment is set from setting information of each peripheral equipment in the part 7 and after that, the program before shutting off power is carried out. |
