PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possable to use a generally and widely used room key by embedding a noncontact IC component executing noncontact data communication to a tag. SOLUTION: The room key 1 consists of a key 2, the tag 3 attached to the key 2 and the noncontact IC component 4 embedded into the tag 3. A noncontact communication means 10 reads data stored in the component 4 of the room key 1 without contacting. Data stored in the component 4 includes data specifying the room key 1, a guest room number, e.g. When the means 10 reads data specifying the room key 1, specifying data is delivered to a host computer 5 and the host computer 5 sends back a using detailed statement corresponding to the specifying data to an automatic settling terminal 7. The terminal 7 displays the using detailed statement as a list on a display. |
