PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly reliable communication with a simple circuit configuration by forming several kinds of phase data demodulating dividing signals and appropriately selecting a phase deciding signal and a phase detection reference signal among dividing signals. SOLUTION: A phase detection circuit 11 comprises D-FF circuits, a receiving signal DX that is a demodulation object is inputted, and on a clock input side, the same signal (signal with the same phase) with a signal that is selected as a phase deciding object signal DP among plural kinds of data demodulating dividing signals F1 to F4 is inputted as a phase detection reference signal DB. While a preamble signal PS is given, a signal whose phase is deviated only by π/2 to the receiving signal DX is searched as the signal DP among the signals F1 to F4. Then, using the same signal with the signal DP as the signal DB performs receiving demodulation. |
