摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to set an arbitrary optical path difference and obtain a filter with wide FSR characteristics by arranging a waveguide group, connected to a slab waveguide lens, linearly axially symmetrically with the same optical path difference from adjacent waveguides, and connecting them by arcuate connection waveguides. SOLUTION: The optical waveguide of the channel waveguide groove 12 increases or decreases monotonously by a certain value between adjacent channel waveguides. The channel waveguide group 12 consists of an input-side channel waveguide group 13, an intermediate channel waveguide group 14, and an output-side channel waveguide group 15. The intermediate channel waveguide group 14 consists of a sectorial arcuate waveguide group which is in a concentric sectorial shape having the same vertical angle S1 and increases or decreases in radius monotonously by a certain value between adjacent waveguides. The input-side channel waveguide group 13 and output-side channel waveguide group 15 are arranged symmetrically about the perpendicular bisector from the vertical angle of the intermediate channel waveguide group 14.
