PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell that can be used in a simple manner as in a dry battery. SOLUTION: A rectangular single cell 5 in which an anode 3 is arranged on a back face of an electrolyte film 2 and a cathode 4 is arranged on a surface of the electrolyte film 2 is disposed on a insulating, rectangular column-shaped container 6 for hydrogen reserving, and a laminator pressed by an insulating press plate 7 is a rectangular column-shaped structure composed by being fixed by a pressure welding member 14.
