PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a method for adding an visible image on a disk by exposing a layer to a depth showing an opacity of each part of a medium related to each area, removing exposed photo-resist material, and forming an inscription on a forming material. SOLUTION: On surface of a substrate 50 is coated with a layer 60 of a photo-resist material. Then, a transparent picture including a display of a desired visible image is arranged above the photo-resist layer. Next, the photo-resist layer 60 is exposed to light 80 through an image carrier 70. After this exposure, the light 80 is turned off, the image carrier 70 is removed, and the substrate 50 and the layer 60 are immersed in photo-resist developing solution. Thus, the exposed photo-resist material is removed from the layer 60. Next, the composing elements 50, 60 are placed in a metallic vapor atmosphere. Thus, metal thin film 90 is deposited on the surface. Next, a metal is deposited on the surface by plating. Next, the metallic layer 90 is removed from the composing elements 50, 60, and an inscription is formed thereon. |
