<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively form an optimum joining route in a joining area and to smoothly change a lane from the side of the joining route of a vehicle to the side of a main line,concerning a joining control system for automatically driving a vehicle through the use of the magnetism generators of magnetic nils and magnetic detection means. SOLUTION: The joining area, the magnetism generators 5 installed on the main line 3 and the joining route 3B, the magic detection means 6 and a steering control means controlling the vehicle to travel in the lane are provided. The magnetism generators for lane change 5A guiding the vehicle to change the lane to the side of the main line are provided on the joining route 3B in the joining area and the road between the main line 3A and the joining route 3B so as to constitute the plural lane change routes. The magnetic generators for lane change 5A are constituted by the magnetic switch-type generators switching the system to a magnetized state and a non-magnetized state. A magnetism control means 30 for controlling a system so that the magnetic generators for lane change 5A, which select the route adjusted to a road situation among the plural lane change routesand form the route, are magnetized and the other magnetic generators for lane change 5A are not magnetized at the time of changing the lane to the side of the main line 3A.</p> |
