PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical sound reproducing device which can transmit background video data from a server to respective rooms without extending a LAN line connecting a HUB and the rooms as to a KARAOKE system which transmits music data from the server to the respective rooms by the LAN. SOLUTION: The video reproducing device 90 which converts background video data transmitted from the server 52 into an analog signal is equipped with a HUB 9 connected to a HUB 6 by the LAN line 97, and connected to a music producing device 20 which reproduces music data by the LAN line 96. Consequently, the LAN line which connects the music reproducing device 20 and HUB 6 need not be extended and the music data sent from the server 52 are repeated by the HUB 9 and received by the music reproducing device 20.
