PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the pseudo rando that generates an M series signal havirng a long period with a small scale circuit configuration. SOLUTION: AND circuits 411 -4132 of an EOR arithmetic circuit 40 take AND arithmetic operation between output signals S101 sto., of a PN code jjnerator 10 and output signals S20.-S20.. of a phase information generator 20 decided by a phase information control signal UP respectively. An EOR element 42 exclusively ORs output signals S4-S41.. of the AND circuits 41 -432 . and provides an output of a PN code S40 whose phase is shifted from a reference PN code by a phase equivalent to a time decided by the phase information generator 20.
