<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable output signal without causing fluctuation in an output signal even when an offset is produced between balanced signals. SOLUTION: A hysteresis is given to a base voltage of a 6th npn transistor(TR) 10 of a 2nd differential amplifier circuit 2 through the operation of a reference voltage adjustment circuit 3, the hysteresis also appears at an input stage of a 1st differential amplifier circuit 1 in a level of 1/G, where G is a voltage gain of the 1st differential amplifier circuit 1. When a voltage difference between cross points of balanced signals given to the 1st differential amplifier circuit 1 exceeds the hysteresis at the input stage of the st differential amplifier circuit 1, an output signal being a cross point detection signal is obtained from the 2nd differential amplifier circuit 2.</p> |
