PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible corrugated leakage waveguide without causing deterioration in the characteristics and the reliability. SOLUTION: In the corrugated leakage waveguide 6 where a leakage hole is made to a hollow conductor 7 at a prescribed interval to leak a radio wave in the lengthwise direction of the hollow conductor 7, an electric insulation layer 8 is provided to clog the leakage holes on the inner face of the hollow conductor 7. Since the electric insulation layer 8 acts like reinforcing the hollow conductor 2, no deformation is caused to the surrounding of the leakage holes even when corrugation is made by allowing a roller to draw the conductor 7. Thus, the flexible corrugated leakage waveguide is obtained without causing the deterioration in the characteristic and the reliability. |
