PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate a current amplification factor and to prevent the effect of dispersion in compnents and the temperature characteristic onto the circuit by providing a current supply circuit that has a compensation transistor(TR) receiving a reference current from a reference current source to produce a current equal to a division by a current amplification factor equivalent to that of a main TR and supplies the produced current to an emitter of the main TR as a drive current to the circuit. SOLUTION: A current reference circuit 22 is made up of a reference current source 221, a current mirror circuit 222, and a current supply circuit 223. The reference current source 221 supplies a reference current I not affected by dispersion in components and the temperature characteristic to the current mirror circuit 222. The current mirror circuit 222 is made up of a pnp TR P2221 or the like and a resistive element R2221 or the like, and the current supply circuit 223 is made up of an npn TR N2231 or the like, a resistive element R2231 or the like and an oscillation capacitor C2231. Moreover, the TR N2231 is a compensation TR. |
