PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and automatically generate the operation manual original form of an application system in a short time by time sequentially obtaining an operation event and an input/output screen event matched with obtaining conditions while executing the application system, converting event information to a processable data form, displaying the operation manual original form and making it editable. SOLUTION: When the processing of the application system 3 of a user is started, the even information and screen input/output information directly transferred between a window system managed by an OS 2 and the application system 3 are passed through this system 1. The information required by the user in the information is successively obtained and recorded in an event information recording part 13 and a-user setting information recording part 16. The selection of the required information, the conversion of the information and the imparting of the information are performed by the instruction of the user and recording is performed in an information recording part 14 for a document system. By performing conversion to a file corresponding to the document system, the original form of an operation manual is automatically prepared. |
